The process starts with a simple hello and a quick chat about why you need headshots and how you plan to use them. Together, we’ll plan a session that captures your personality and choose the best setting to create natural, professional images that truly reflect you.

Once you’ve reached out, I’ll get back in touch to discuss availability and find a time that works best for you— whether that’s midweek or on the weekend.
My goal is to fit you in as soon as possible, so we can start planning your session.
Once we’ve set a date, we can move forward by reviewing and finalising the quote I’ve sent.
3. REVIEW AND ACCEPT QUOTE
Next, you’ll receive your contract, which outlines all the details and protects both of us. A 10% non-refundable payment is required to secure your date, confirming that we’re both committed.
4. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once your non-refundable payment is received and the contract is signed, you’re officially booked.
To make sure you feel amazing during the shoot, I’ll also send over a style guide with tips on what to wear, so your session feels effortless, fun, and completely you.
5. OFFICIALLY BOOKED
Below, you’ll find a starting point for my headshot collections. For a full breakdown of what’s included (including time, number of images, and all the little details), simply send me an email and I’ll be happy to walk you through everything.
